Oh so bad! Do not use.
I bought an eSim from them I just could not use and tried to contact their "customer service" department (lol). Turns out that they have no phone line, and the people who deal with email requests...well, English could be their 4th language I suppose, which in itself isn't an issue but their answers and suggestions were useless at best. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and they got my money back pronto.
Use at your peril.

I purchased an eSim from Airhub whilst travelling in the USA. I followed all of their instructions to activate it but not one of them worked. Some of the guidelines were simply incorrect as they advised a way to work in iOS that simply does not exist on a recent iPhone with latest software.
I was able to contact their service desk who asked for some information I had already supplied. Even with this info, the eSim failed to connect. Each time I told them, they would ask for that same information over, and over, and over again. They clearly weren't bothering to read my, short, messages.
Eventually I found someone who did actually read a message and they just said there was nothing they could do. They then point blank refused to refund my payment for a service that didn't work.
Soon after they started asking for the information previously sent again.
Terrible, terrible service. . .
