I love this store!

I cannot be any more excited to enter this store every time I head up their way. First and foremost it is clean and organized. That is rare for this type of merchandise. I am not saying the store is clean, the actual stoves and sinks look brand new! I have never not walked in without my sales guy jumping off his stool (Mike) to ask me about what I'm shopping for. He has personally found hard to source pieces for me and keeps enough on stock that they probably won't sell soon but he didn't want me to be shorted if they did sell. Furthermore he suggests related items that are really in my wheel house. He understands my business. The store has a huge assortment of items, it feels like a magical walk in China Town in the regard of finding a hidden treasure. Finally I headed to another store the other day, a competitor just to see what they had, they had a great store but I was turned down at the cash register because I was not a member....I had a armload full of odds and ends. I raced over to Mike's store as I had to pick up some last minute items for an event, they guy at the door let me know they were closing, I said I will be a minute I swear. He let me in, I picked up 10 essentials I had lost, broken or whatever. At the same time Mike walked over and said take your time, not only was that comforting, he showed me a few new special orders and asked me about them, he was not in a hurry, I actually was but the way I am routinely treated by the entire staff is the biggest selling factor.
