I’m having the same experience as Virginia. I ordered the solar generator package and got no confirmation or receipt even though my credit card has been charged. I sat on hold until they hung up on me because the lines were too busy. The “live chat” is a bot, I couldn’t get a live person. I emailed a couple of days ago but haven’t gotten a response. Hoping this will help.

I placed an order for their solar generator on Oct 5. That same day I sent an email to their customer support canceling the order as I was unable to reach them via phone or via their supposedly 24/7 Live Chat. I have tried reaching out 3 times since via telephone and can never get through, have tried their call back option and have tried waiting on hold for over an hour and have never been able to connect. Also have tried Live Chat and never get redirected to customer support team. Now the product has been shipped and their refund policy is for customer to pay return shipping. Terrible experience!! too bad there isn't a 0 star rating.
