Company's Stance on the Product.
I purchased the Gloring in November 2023. Loved the concept, value and was a fairly new company. They did several software updates which worked great. The rings battery WAS very long lasting up till July 2024. At which point I had to recharge the ring every 3 or 4 days. I noticed that the ring started "monitoring" more frequently. This wasn't a huge ordeal. The ring's battery still lasted several days. Unfortunately, towards the end of July the ring's battery would last maybe a day. August just a couple of hours. I reached out to Gloring for assistance. Very disappointingly, I was told that due the "damage" IE normal wear on the ring that they couldn't replace the ring since they couldn't put it back on the market. Loved the concept and the product at first. But, have to rate the company's stance on standing behind their product as a "try a different ring". Which is what I will be doing.
